I first started looking at garden sculpture through my interest in the many
forms of seed heads and pods that the maturing plants developed come the
autumn. This interest gradually led to the tall elegant scupltures that vied
with the real plants for garden space. Visitors regularly have to look twice
to determine where nature ends and artform begins.
This gives me a mischievious sense of pleasure and delight.
